The is the home for all my adult training courses where you can explore the options to train with me.

I am an accredited NLP Trainer (Sue Knight )and accredited EFT Trainer (Karl Dawson) NLP Sports Practitioner (Jeremy Lazarus)

Matrix Reimprinting/ Birth Reimprinting/Past Life Reimprinting (Karl Dawson/ Sharon King/Caroline Dawson)

Courses available to suit your needs as a parent, teacher, social worker, existing coach, practitioner, for you professionally or personally.

All courses are delivered live and 1:1 at a time to suit you. Question time is included. You may record the sessions. Notes for each session will be sent out before it starts.

The NLP & EFT Kids Practitioner Training is £995 for 12 x 90 minute training modules plus additional practice sessions.

The elements taken individually cost £500 for 6 x 90 minute session course.

All training includes access to me both during and after training, with mentoring and support.

Emotional Freedom Technique and Matrix Reimprinting

Learn how to reset your body's energy flow when you feel anxious, fearful, angry and any emotions that block you from being your best self.

Tapping is an emotion managing tool that is totally portable for you and for your children.

Reduce your stress, overwhelm, overthinking, with a few minutes of tapping.

Learn how to use Picture Tapping, a combination of drawing and tapping.

Use it to heal your inner child and use it for situations where you don't want to get caught up in the story or content or the trauma.

Play and Art Therapy

Learn creative ways to help yourself and those you care about, healing the subconscious mind when the conscious mind doesn't know the answer.

Art releases emotions stored in your subconscious and painting from that right brain can release deeply held trauma, childhood memories, grief and loss.

Play, by seeming child-like, can provide insight into aspects such as confidence, trust, friendship, fear of failure and family dynamics.

Find out how The Karpman Drama Triangle helps to understand family dynamics and behaviours such as addictions and anger.

Residential

For real personalised training come and work with me in Maidenhead, Berks.

Because of the playful nature of what I offer, if you are able to come and work with me in Maidenhead (Berkshire) maybe stay in a local guest house or hotel, you will get maximum benefit – allow 4-5 days (Mon-Fri) because even if you deliver your sessions online, doing them for yourself as you train will give you the opportunity to integrate the exercises more personally.
